Broadcast award recognition for operation ouch and growing up down’s

Maverick enjoyed a successful night at the 2015 Broadcast Awards with two of our shows receiving recognition. ‘Operation Ouch! Goes Back in Time’, the special World War One edition of our CBBC medical show, won the award for ‘Best Children’s Programme’ whilst ‘Growing Up Down’s’, our BBC Three film following a group of young Down’s syndrome actors, was Highly Commended in the ‘Best Documentary’ category.
